Hook 'em Horns!

Daddy's a bulldogs fan and mommy doesn't care. But I've got my UT colors and I'm making the longhorn symbol with my hands. Hopefully, that will help them in this weekend's opening tilt against might Arkansas State. They're only favored by 40 points!

Daddy's a little worried, though. If I go to UT, I may get hit on by drunken boys. Especially as I'm so pretty. Does anyone know what a "burkha" is? Daddy keeps saying I get to wear one to college.

Laundry Day

Tee hee! Laundry hampers are funny. Plus they smell like me!

The Sleep of the Innocent

Sleep is so much fun. it comes so easily to me and I sleep so soundly. I don't have any of the worries mommy and daddy seem to have.

All Night Long!

Last night, I slept for a very long time. From 9 pm to 6 am. I enjoyed it so much, I took another nap today. Mommy and daddy seemed to get really excited about me sleeping through the night. It doesn't make sense to me, but I'm stull just a babby.

Sitting Up

I like sitting up. I can't do it on my own yet. But with a little help from daddy or this lovely chair, I can do it. It makes it far easier to play around. The opportunities for mischief abound!

Bath-Time!

I get a bath every night at 7 pm as part of getting me ready for bed. I love bath time! I never cry!

My Future's So Bright

Daddy makes me wear shades. Actually, it's Texas that's so bright. 99 degrees? With humidity? I may just be a babby but even I know that's HOT!

The Thinker

I like to think a lot. There's so much to think about when the world is new to you. Daddy looks into my eyes and can see I'm puzzling things out, trying to figure out basic things like what hungry means and when I need to sleep and whether I'm going to wake up at 3 am or 4 am or why his faces are so funny. Of course, i do my best thinking when I'm asleep.

Breaking The Silence

Wow, I haven't posted in a long time! But I've been so busy discovering all kinds of new things. For example, my daddy can talk! When I sit on his belly and make squeaky cooing noises, he makes squeaky cooing noises back. I'm so proud of daddy, already able to talk at his age.

Incidentally, blogger has an RSS feed. If you're using Safari, click the RSS tab and your browser will tell you when this blog is updated. If you're not . . . if you're using IE or somesuch . . . well, you're not as smart as a two-month old babby.
