Exploring

I'm getting very good at crawling. it's so much fun. I can find dangerous things to put in my mouth. And mommy and daddy get very excited when I get near things that might fall over. I can stand now -- especially when I'm crying in my crib. So walking isn't too far away. Just think about how much trouble I can get in when I can walk!

Late Nights With Dada

When daddy is home, we have a lot of fun. He'll bathe me and give me a mohawk. Then he'll clip my nails, which can be very sharp and cut up daddy's face. And sometimes -- like every night -- I wake up crying in the middle of the night. He'll get me and calm me down while mommy gets a bottle. I pass the time by trying to fall asleep on his shoulder. The best situation is when I can sleep and they can't!

I want To Be A DJ

Boy, it's fun to play with music tables. Listen to the songs I make! I think they're great. So does my daddy.

Crawling

I've discovered something. It is much easier to get into trouble -- stick things you shouldn't into your mouth, fall off of beds -- if you raise yourself off your belly and try to move around on all fours. I'm still figuring out the details. But mommy and daddy are very excited/scared.

Gumball Machines

This is one of my favorite toys. Of course, any toy that lights up and plays music is my favorite. I hit a lever and little balls come out that have rattly things in them.
